Your coach
Maya Torres
Personal trainer and strength coach
I coach adults who want to feel strong and move without pain, whether that means lifting your kids, running a first 10k or getting back into the gym after a long break. Sessions are one-to-one, so every set matches how you are moving that day, and the plan changes when your week does.

What you get from the first session on
Every client starts the same way. After that, the plan moves with you.
A movement check, not a fitness test
We look at how you squat, hinge, push and pull, talk through old injuries and agree on one goal for the next eight weeks.
- Injury and training history
- Starting strength numbers
- One clear goal
A program written for your week
Sessions fit the days you can actually train, with weights, sets and rest times written down so nothing is guesswork.
- Fits your schedule
- Exact sets and weights
- Home or gym versions
Coached sessions and steady check-ins
Every session is coached rep by rep. Between sessions I check in, adjust the plan and answer your questions.
- Form cues on every lift
- Weekly plan updates
- Monthly progress review
I have not trained in years. Is that a problem?
No. The first session finds your starting point and the program begins there, often with bodyweight work before anything heavy.
Where do sessions take place?
In person at my studio in Your City, or online by video if you train at home or travel often.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes, trainers, a water bottle and any notes from your doctor or physio about injuries.
How do I move or cancel a session?
Give at least 24 hours of notice and the session moves to another slot at no cost.
Do you give nutrition advice?
I give general guidance on eating around training. For medical diets I refer you to a registered dietitian.
