Yes, $60. It comes off the bill if we do the work, and we tell you about it on the phone before you book.
Will I know the price before you start?
Always. Small repairs are priced on site before we pick up a tool. Larger installs get a written quote first.
Which areas do you cover?
Your City and the suburbs within about 20 miles. If you are near the edge, call and we will tell you straight away.
How do I pay?
By card, bank transfer or cash when the job is done. Installs over $1,000 need a deposit when you book.
Water is leaking. What do I do while I wait?
Turn off the main stopcock, usually under the kitchen sink, and switch off your water heater. Then call us.
