Make your home mixes sound finished
An eight-week online course in mixing music at home. Weekly video lessons, real multitrack songs to practise on, and live feedback on your own mixes.
What you will be able to do
The course is built around one goal: finishing mixes you are happy to release.
You mix along with every lesson using the same multitrack sessions, so you hear each technique change a real song. By week eight you will have taken three songs from raw tracks to master-ready files, and you will know why you made each decision.
- Balance a song with faders and panning before reaching for plug-ins
- Use EQ and compression to fix problems instead of creating them
- Add reverb and delay that create depth without clutter
- Check a mix on headphones, laptop speakers and a phone
- Export master-ready files at the right level for streaming

Taught by Theo Adeyemi, mix engineer
Theo has mixed records for independent artists for twelve years, most of them in a small home studio like yours. He built this course around the mistakes he made early on, and he listens to every student mix himself during the live feedback calls.

Questions before you join
Still unsure? Send a message from the form below and Theo will answer it himself.
What software do I need?
Any digital audio workstation works: Logic, Ableton Live, Reaper, FL Studio, Pro Tools or Cubase. The lessons teach the technique, not one program's menus.
Do I need studio monitors?
No. A good pair of headphones is enough to start. Week 1 covers how to check your mixes on whatever you have.
How much time does it take each week?
Plan for about four hours: an hour of lessons, two hours mixing the practice song and the live call.
What if I miss a live call?
Every call is recorded and posted within a day. Send your questions in advance and Theo will answer them on the recording.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If the course is not for you, email within 14 days of the start date for a full refund.
