Can I change when reminders go out?
Yes. Set the schedule per client or per invoice, edit the wording, or pause reminders for a client you would rather call.
What happens when an invoice is paid?
It is marked paid, reminders stop and you get an email. The payment is included in your next monthly export.
Can I bring invoices over from another tool?
Upload a CSV of clients and open invoices. Billow picks up each due date and schedules the reminders for you.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans run month to month, or yearly if you choose annual billing. You can export your data and cancel from settings at any time.
